What is prep.lab?

An AI coach for interviews and professional conversations. It prepares answers from your own background, guides you in real time during practice sessions and calls, and helps you refine what you say.

How does it know about my experience?

You paste your resume and the job description when you create a session. Answers are built from them, together with any facts you add, such as notice period or work authorization.

Does it work for technical interviews?

Yes. It handles coding questions with highlighted code, explains approaches, and draws system design diagrams inside the answer.

Can I use it for meetings, not just interviews?

Yes. Client-meeting mode follows who is speaking, keeps replies short enough to say, and grounds them in your own engagement documents.

Do I need to install anything?

No. prep.lab runs in Chrome or Edge on your computer. An optional desktop app for Windows and Mac shows your answers on a second screen.

Which languages are supported?
